With a sole supply contract we can operate in the following manner that can be specifically tailored to clients needs :

  1. Set KPI (Key Performance Indicator targets) with the client prior to our "first day" on site.
  2. Have a full time recruitment consultant available for your contract at all times (regular hours to suit your needs).
  3. Set up agreements with back up suppliers in order to give you peace of mind.
  4. Have a separate 24-hour call out number solely for the use of the client
  5. Place specific advertisements and run specific recruitment campaigns for your company only.
  6. Recruit on site, whenever possible or permitted, giving the applicant the opportunity to "view the job".
  7. Hold an induction course with all successful applicants explaining health, safety, rules and regulations pertaining to your site.
  8. Hold regular "staff meetings" with temporary workers so they can bring forward any problems.
  9. Hold, with your permission, regular meetings with your own Shift Managers, Operations Managers and Human Resources in order to continually review our performance with respect to the KPI (Key Performance Indicator Targets).

Performance Targets.
Before a supply agreement could take effect Katana Recruitment would request a meeting with all relevant Senior Managers within the clients company in order to set Key Performance Indicator Targets (Otherwise commonly known as KPI).

The KPI can be different from one company to another and also be on completely different subjects. The degree to which you would want the synergism of Katana Recruitment with your various departments would have a massive bearing on how many KPI targets could be set. For example it would be unfair to set a KPI target on any recruitment agency on the accuracy of the whole of the Finance department, if the agency only supplied 5% of the staff in that area. However it would be totally fair (if it could be done) to set a KPI target on just the 5% of agency supplied Finance Staff.

In our experience most clients always want KPI targets on at least the following criteria:

  • Overall attendance
  • Overall punctuality
  • Overall continuity
  • Vacancies given versus Vacancies filled
  • Invoicing accuracy
  • Response times
